The State of New Jersey has not released a new version of the Residential Site Improvement Standards (RSIS) in many years. Rather, they have been releasing individual amendments to the original document. Beginning in 2012, the New Jersey Planning Officials, will be reproducing the Residential Site Improvement Standards with all modification from the previous year, much like our reproduction of the Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL).
