New Jersey State League of Municipalities	The League of Municipalities home page is a valuable resource info on the hottest issues affecting municipal government in New Jersey. The site includes late-breaking news, a calendar of events, a list of important contacts and League positions on legislation. You can also request copies of local ordinances from the web site. NJPO is an affiliate organization of the League of Municipalities.
New Jersey State Legislature	Check here for full text of bills, the state Constitution, legislators' pictures and biographies. Committee membership, legislative calendars, session digests, district maps. There's even a kids' page and an online tour of the Statehouse. The legislative search utility takes a little time to learn. Fortunately, NJPO's Legislative Archive tracks the hottest land use bills with easy-to-use links and a search form that take you straight into the Legislature's site.
New Jersey Office of Smart Growth	Find out the latest on the State Plan, State Planning Commission and much more. There's a page on State Plan implementation techniques, the body of the State Planning Act itself and the rules governing the Commission and the Office of Smart Growth.
New Jersey Utilities Association	The New Jersey Utilities Association represents the state's investor-owned electric, natural gas, telecommunications, water and sewerage companies. The site includes an overview of their mission and committees, and links to a variety of utility- and government-related web sites.
Bloustein School of Planning, Rutgers University	The main page for planning at Rutgers. Links to pages for the Department of Urban Planning and Policy Development, the Department of Public Policy (Eagleton Institute of Politics), the Department of Urban Studies and Community Health and the Center for Government Services.
New Jersey Capital Report	An e-zine on New Jersey politics. It contains information on the governor;s office, legislative action in Trenton, and campaigns to keep an eye on in November.
State of New Jersey	On Line New Jersey, the State's official web site. The site includes bulletins from the Governor, information on the legislature and an ever growing list of county and local government home pages.
The NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)	A page linking to some of DEP's many divisions and offices: Division of Water Quality; Division of Fish, Game and Wildlife; and the New Jersey Geological Survey.
New Jersey State Legislators	A well-maintained list of New Jersey's State Legislators, with a link to a utility for figuring out which district you live in. It's part of the New Jersey Community Resources Home Page.
Department of Community Affairs (DCA)	Also tucked into the New Jersey Home Page is the Department of Community Affairs. Their collection of pages includes one on The Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) as well as the Office of Smart Growth..
Planning and Architecture Internet Resource Center	This page is located at the University of Buffalo, School of Architecture and Planning. It is a superb collection of links to planning and architecture related pages. Online Planner's Forum	An ambitious site containing resources for community and regional planners. There's a library for browsing and a directory of professionals for networking.
SkylandsCLEAN	A New Jersey Highlands based group that has tackled many issues from wireless communications to regional planning. Thanks to Kathy Baker.
U.S. Economic Development Home Page	This is "a compilation of American national, state, regional and local economic development planning agencies and programs."
Legislation - U.S.	Looking for the national perspective? Start at the Government/Legislative Branch section of Yahoo to find out what's moving in Congress. From there you can connect to the Library of Congress to search the full text of legislation from the 105th Congress.
