Donald Sammet, PP, AICP

With over 20 years of experience in local and regional planning, Mr. Sammet has had the opportunity to work within a variety of aspects of land development and redevelopment including assisting special improvement districts, historic preservation commissions, planning boards, zoning boards and redevelopment entities in communities such as Montclair, Asbury Park, and Westfield. He is a licensed planner in New Jersey, and has been accepted as a planning expert with a subspecialty in redevelopment by the Superior Court.
