Within seven (7) days:

* Must be paid with a credit card and associated credit card fees.

If a Purchase Order (PO) is NOT received TWO business days before the class, the registration will be CANCELED.

NJPO is not responsible for e-mails not being received due to inaccurate e-mail addresses or typos upon entry.

The benefits of membership are not conveyed until NJPO receives payment or a purchase order for membership.

NJPO will not ship books until payment has been received.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice regardless of attendance unless seven (7) days prior notice.  

The New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO) reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course or class due to unforeseen circumstances or organizational needs.

Notification Process

All registered attendees will be notified of cancellations using the contact information provided at the time of registration. Notices will also be posted on NJPO’s official website.


Course Credit and Re-enrollment

Attendees who have paid in advance will be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to a comparable course within a three- to six-month window following the cancellation.


Change in Municipal Board Membership

If a registered attendee is no longer serving on a Municipal Board prior to the date of the course, they are encouraged to contact NJPO directly to discuss available options.
