Paul Grygiel

City planning and development consultant with nearly 30 years of experience in comprehensive and neighborhood planning, development review, zoning analysis and expert witness testimony who has managed a variety of assignments in a range of urban and suburban communities. Past work includes preparing master plans for Hoboken, NJ and Mineola, NY, master plan updates for New Milford, North Plainfield and West Orange, NJ, redevelopment studies and plans for Highlands, Maplewood and Newark, NJ, and overseeing the company's work on a neighborhood plan in Wilmington, DE and a corridor study in Washington, DC. Other assignments include advising attorneys, developers and property owners on planning and zoning issues, assisting municipal land use boards with the review of development applications and appearing as an expert planning witness before over 150 planning and zoning boards and in superior court. Currently serving as consulting planner for twelve municipalities in New Jersey and New York.
