Proposed By-Law Changes (11.19.25)

At the September 2025 public hearing, the Board of Directors (hereafter referred to as "the Board") of the New Jersey Planning Officials announced that on Nov. 19, 2025, the Board will hear, deliberate, and possibly adopt updated organizational bylaws.  These bylaws are proposed to remove the "tiered" corporate memberships and are to be replace with a unified membership.  The proposed 11.19.2025 NJPO Bylaws can be downloaded by clicking here.
