Proposed By-Law Changes (7.28.25)

At the January 2025 public hearing, the Board of Directors (hereafter referred to as "the Board") of the New Jersey Planning Officials announced that on July 28, 2025, the Board will hear, deliberate, and possibly adopt updated organizational bylaws.  These bylaws are proposed to remove the "tiered" municipal and county memberships are replace with a unified membership.  The proposed 7.28.2025 NJPO Bylaws can be downloaded by clicking here.
