Description: Essential Functions: Processes Land Use Development Applications. In-house review of plans & documents. Post-approval administration. Prepares Redevelopment Investigations, Plans & Amendments, Drafts Land Use Ordinance Amendments. Responds to inquiries from developers & the public. Administers professional contracts. Prepares studies & analyses requested by Boards or Administration. Qualifications: Knowledge of municipal, state & federal laws & regulations related to land use. Clear & concise writing. Display confidence speaking publicly. Knowledge of State planning, affordable housing & transportation. Education & Experience: Graduation from college or university with degree in planning or closely related field. Licensed New Jersey Professional Planner. Minimum 3 years planning experience.
